Mets Uniforms - Looks like somebody missed a deadline
The New York Mets are christening a new stadium this season - Citi Field - and everyone’s all excited about it. Except, of course, for the art director who designed the sleeve patch to commemorate the event. 
Here’s how I think it went down. Sunday night. The football games have been watched. The beers have been drunk. The Domino’s has been eaten. And someone remembers they’re supposed to present Mets Sleeve Patch designs Monday at 10 a.m. A quick look around the room for inspiration and…

that is scary. it does make me crave a slice with peppers onion & sausage. looks like maybe Carlos Beltran had some free time in the outfield and designed it in McPaint.
